1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 (14 1/2 oz) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tomato can of water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp pepper

Cook meat, onion and celery in a Dutch oven until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Top with bread crumbs browned in butter and some garlic powder. Cover and bake at 350 until liquid is absorbed and goulash is hot, about 40 minutes.
