BAKED CRAB DIP III

1 (6-oz) can crabmeat, drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp whole milk or half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Paprika
1 tbsp thinly sliced green onion, for garnish

Drain liquid from crabmeat and pick over to remove any membrane or shell. In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onion, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Place mixture in an ovenproof serving dish; sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake at 375 for approximately 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle hot dip with sliced green onion. Serve warm with assorted crackers. Yields approximately 2 cups.
