3 tbsp sour cream
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash cayenne pepper or hot chili sauce
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup light beer, room temperature
In a medium saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients. Heat slowly until the cheese is melted. Slowly stir in the beer. Serve the sauce for dipping with chips, bread cubes or lightly steamed vegetables.
