PROSCIUTTO ROLLS

2 oz cream cheese and stilton cheese
Salt and pepper
12 very thin slices prosciutto
1 pear, cut into 12 pieces
Lemon juice

Mix together cheese until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture on prosciutto slices. Brush pear slices with lemon juice and place one slice on each slice of prosciutto. Roll lengthwise and wrap in plastic wrap and chill until read to serve. Slice rolls into 2-4 slices.
