PORK STUFFED WONTON DUMPLINGS

1 pkg Teriyaki Flavored Pork Tenderloin
1 small Napa (or Chinese) cabbage, very finely chopped
1 pkg wonton (not egg roll) skins

Remove tenderloin from pkg and finely chop. Mix 1 cup chopped tenderloin with 1 cup cabbage. Place a scant tsp of filling mixture in the center of the wonton skin.

Fold wonton corner to corner forming a triangle and press edges to seal. Pull the two corners at the fold together in the center, forming a small pkg.

Continue until filling and wontons are used up. Place filled wontons in a vegetable steamer and gently steam in a pan of hot (not boiling) water until filling is done and wonton becomes similar to cooked pasta (about 5-10 minutes). Serves 8
