CARAMEL FUNDUE

1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
24 caramels
3 tbsp brandy
1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat milk and caramels in a saucepan, stirring until caramels are melted and smooth. Increase heat to medium and simmer 3-4 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in brandy and vanilla. Serve warm. Serve with fruits like apples, bananas or peaches. Also good with pound cake.
