CARAMEL FRUIT DIP

50 unwrapped caramels
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream

Melt caramels over double. Combine cream cheese and sour cream; mix well. Stir in melted caramel. Serve as a dip for apples.
