1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract and lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
Place ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Chill. Just before serving, slice apples. Arrange apples around dip and serve.
