CARAMEL APPLE DIP I

Category: Sweet Dips / Spreads

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup apple butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

Place ingredients in a bowl except peanuts and mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Chill. Just before serving, slice apples. Arrange apples around dip and serve.
