APRICOT CREAM CHEESE DIP

1/2 cup dried apricots
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Combine apricots and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Combine reserved liquid, apricots and sugar in a food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and chill at least 60-90 minutes before serving.
