AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
2 tablespoons amaretto or almond extract

Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl; beat with an electric beater on medium speed until well blended. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to use. About 1 1/2 cups

NOTE: Use this for topping or filling cakes, or serve as a fruit dip with whole fresh strawberries or slices of apples, peaches, pears, or any of your favorite fruits.
