ALMOND DELIGHT DIP

2 (8 oz) cartons vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/8 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp chopped almonds, toasted

Combine yogurt and extract in a small bowl; chill at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with apple slices.
