1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips and finely chopped pecans
In medium bowl, mix cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in next 3 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover, chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Shape mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight. Just before serving, roll in chopped nuts. Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
