TORTILLA CASSEROLE

1 lb hamburger
1 pkg soft tortillas
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped

Brown meat and drain. Add seasoning and simmer 5 minute. Add tomatoes; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large casserole dish, place 1/4 of meat mixture over bottom of casserole dish. Layer as follows: tortilla, meat, onions, cheese. Keep layering in this order until all ingredients are gone. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or heated through. Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce and guacamole.
