CREAM CHEESE MINT ICING

1 lb cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
8 cups confectioners sugar
1 tbsp peppermint extract
1 tsp green food color

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and blend. Add peppermint, corn syrup, and green color. Beat on 2nd speed to lighten mixture. Pipe into mints, Ice brownies or pipe cookies.
