WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

5 (1 oz) square white chocolate, chopped
3 tbsp heavy cream
3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
9 inch pie crust, baked
1 (1 oz) square white chocolate, melted

Microwave 5 squares white chocolate and 3 tbsp cream in a large bowl on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until mixture is smooth. Beat in softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Gently fold in whipped cream until no streaks remain. Spoon into pie crust.

Microwave remaining square of chocolate on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Drizzle melted white chocolate over pie. Chill overnight.
