ASIAN CHICKEN NOODLE BOWL I

6 oz rice noodles or vermicelli noodles
8 cups hot water
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups matchstick carrots
3/4 cup chopped green onions (1 bunch)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
Small head finely chopped Napa cabbage
1/2 cup sesame ginger marinade
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Soak noodles in 8 cups hot water for 10 minutes; drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet; add garlic and carrots, and saute 3 minutes or until tender. Add onions, chicken, and cabbage; cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.

Combine marinade and broth; stir into cabbage mixture. Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in red pepper. Serve over noodles. Serves 4-6
