BURGERS CORDON BLEU

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs ground sirloin
1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 lb sliced prosciutto
2 fresh baguettes
olive oil

Whisk together the mustard and Worcestershire and combine with the ground sirloin. Divide the meat into 8 equal portions. Form each portion into an oval burger. Divide cheese and prosciutto into equal portions.

Place 1 slice each of cheese and prosciutto in the center of four of the burgers and top with another burger. Seal the edges well. Cut the baguettes in half, split baguette halves, brush with olive oil and grill for a minute or so to brown. Grill burgers to preferred doneness and serve open faced on the bread. Serves 4.
