BANANA NUT POUND CAKE

1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a bundt pan. Stir together first 3 ingredients. Add eggs. Beat in buttermilk and bananas. Stir together dry ingredients. Combine with wet and add pecans. Fold in pecans. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow cake to cool into pan about 20 minutes before taking out of pan to cool completely.
