ORANGE BUNDT CAKE

1 PKG yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1 cup chocolate chips
Confectioners sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease and flour bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, stir together the cake and pudding mixes. Add the sour cream, eggs, oil and orange liqueur. Mix until smooth and well blended, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake springs back to the touch. Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out to cool completely. When cake is cool, dust with confectioners sugar and serve.

NOTE: For alcohol free, substitute equal amount orange juice and 1 1/2 tsp orange extract.

To make a glaze for the cake: Blended together some confectioners sugar, some orange liqueur and a little bit of vegetable oil and poured over the cake.
