Triple Chocolate Sauce:
1/3 cup shaved dark chocolate
1/3 cup chopped milk chocolate
1/3 cup shaved German chocolate
1 tbsp whipping cream

Melt over medium heat on double boiler. Whisk until melted, remove from heat.

Triple Chocolate Mousse pie crust:
1 baked pastry pie crust
1 1/2 cup Triple Chocolate Sauce*(warm)

Pour chocolate sauce into baked shell, and swirl. Coat entire bottom of pastry shell.

1 1/2 cup Triple Chocolate Sauce*(cooled)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 cup Heavy whipping cream

Add cooled chocolate sauce, and confectioners sugar to mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Add whipping cream, whip until double in volume, with firm peaks. Add to pie shell, and decorate with whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles.
