TURTLE BROWNIE CUPCAKES

1 box brownie mix
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup caramel dip
1/4 cup pecan pieces

Preheat oven to 350. Line 20 regular muffin cups with cupcake liners. Spray cupcake liners with non-stick cooking spray.

Stir brownie mix, eggs or egg substitute, and applesauce in large bowl until well blended. Place half of batter into 20 baking cups. Place 1 tsp fat-free caramel dip over the batter and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp pecan pieces. Top with remaining batter.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes until set. Cool and serve.
