VEGETABLE CRUNCH SALAD

4 cups broccoli flowerets
4 cups cauliflower flowerets
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 cup carrot, shredded

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper and garlic powder

Mix vegetables in a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl, mix dressing until smooth. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Makes 22 servings
