FLANK STEAK WITH TERIYAKI GLAZE

2 (1-1/2 lbs each) flank steaks

Marinade:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce, optional
2 tbsp minced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/2 tsp ginger

In a medium size bowl whisk together all ingredients. Place flank steak into a Ziploc bag and then pour marinade over and soak 3 to 4 hours minimum in the refrigerator and over night is best. Take meat out of refrigerator about 1 hour before cooking. Grill over hot coals 7 minutes on each side turning a couple of times. Allow to rest about 15 minutes before slicing and then serve. If you can't grill outside, this works well with broiling in oven.
