2 lb ground sirloin
1 lb ground pork sausage
6 cups soft breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 tbsp each salt and pepper
8 oz pkg Italian four-cheese blend
3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
Combine ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a jellyroll pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until done.
