PEANUT BUTTER PIE V

1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup water
1 (4 serving size) pkg vanilla pudding, not instant
1 (8 oz) container sour cream, room temperature
Whipped cream

In a small bowl, cut peanut butter into sugar until crumbly; stir in nuts. Sprinkle into pie shell. In a saucepan, combine next 4 ingredients over medium heat. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cool 15 minutes; beat in sour cream. Spoon into pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
