ROCKY ROAD CLUSTERS

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract

Line baking sheets with wax paper. Combine chocolate chips with milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, stir. Microwave at additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in marshmallows, nuts and vanilla extract. Drop by heaping tbsp in mounds onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm.
