HONEY MUSTARD GRILLING SAUCE

1 cup butter
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves minced garlic
4 tbsp mustard and honey
1 tsp lemon juice and brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
Dash hot sauce
2 tsp soy sauce

Cook garlic and onions in butter until onions are softened. Add remaining ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
