HERB MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1 tbsp dried basil and rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice

Combine and add to desired meat or poultry, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Remove meat from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill. Enough for 4 servings.
