GARLIC STEAK MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1 clove garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. bottle Lea Perrin steak sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix garlic, onion, steak sauce, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Marinate meat overnight and grill.
