HAM AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE

2 tbsp butter and flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cooked, cubed chicken meat and diced ham
1/2 cup cooked egg noodles
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp paprika

Preheat oven to 400. In a saucepan, combine butter and flour; stir together; beat until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth, about 5 minutes.

Remove pan from heat and stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and paprika. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top of casserole with cheese and paprika and bake and additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
