PORK QUESADILLAS

4 boneless pork chops, cut into cubes or strips
Montreal steak seasoning
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt
Large flour tortillas

Garnishes:
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Guacamole
Lettuce
Salsa
Olives

Fry the pork chop in 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with seasonings and about 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce while cooking. Remove from heat into a bowl and keep warm. Coat bottom of skillet and place 1 tortilla in pan. When lightly brown, flip. On 1/2 of tortilla, place 1/4 of pork and sprinkle with cheese. Fold tortilla in 1/2 and fry both sides until golden brown. Garnish as desired.
