PORK CHALUPAS (Crock Pot)

2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 (15-16 oz) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
4 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp white vinegar
5 tsp chili powder and ground cumin
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Flour tortillas (6-8 inch in diameter)
Condiments: Sour cream, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese
Spray crock pot and underside of lid with cooking spray. Place pork in cooker and combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Do not remove lid during cooking. Place tortillas on individual plates and spoon pork mixture over tortillas. Top with desired condiments. Serves 4
