1 loar ciabatta, focaccia or baguette style bread cut in half lengthwise
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley and chopped basil
1 pinch salt

Mix oil and next 4 ingredients together and brush lightly on both sides of bread.

1/4 lb sliced prosciutto and Fontina cheese
1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
1/2 cup fresh arugula or spinach

On one side of bread, layer then place other half of bread on top and toast on a hot griddle for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn bread over and toast another 5 minutes pressing gently to flatten. NOTE: To flatten, can put another skillet or pan on top of the sandwich in the skillet and add a can for weight.
