DIRTY RICE CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb ground beef and mild pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom, cream of celery and cream of chicken soups
1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked

Saute meats and pour off drippings. Saute vegetables. Add soups and rice. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
