FROSTED APRICOT SALAD

2 pkg orange jello
2 cups boiling water, fruit juice and enough water to make 2 more cups of liquid
1 large can apricots
1 large can chunk pineapple
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Topping
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 cup fruit juice
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter
1 cup whipped cream

Drain fruit juices together and reserve 1 cup for topping. Dissolve jello in boiling water, ad another 2 cups liquid. Let cool in refrigerator until partially set. Add cut-up apricots, pineapple and marshmallows. Marshmallows will stay on top. Chill and cover with topping.

Topping: Mix sugar, flour, egg, juice and butter. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and frost chilled jello mixture.
