MOCHA CAKE

1 (18.25 oz) pkg chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed almond brickle chips, optional
Whipped topping
Grease one 10 inch bundt cake pan. Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, sour cream, coffee liqueur, and chocolate chips and, if desired, brickle chips, in the order listed, and pour into the greased bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 or one hour or until the surface springs back when touched lightly. Serve slices with whipped topping.
Note: As a frosting/glaze, heat 1 pkg dark chocolate frosting in a pan and stir in 3/4 cup coffee liqueur. Drizzle glaze over top of cake, allowing it to soak in and drizzle over sides. Keep repeating until glaze is used up.
