1 head cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 ham hock
Salt and pepper, to taste
Boil cabbage, onion and ham hock together until tender. After draining, add the cooking oil. Cook slowly until down. Add seasonings. Serves 4-6
