CREAMY CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

2 cup chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup chopped green pepper
1-8 oz jar Pace Picante sauce, divided
1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese, cubed
8-6 inch flour tortillas
3/4 lb cheese, cubed (Velveeta works best)
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350. Stir chicken or turkey, green pepper, 1/2 cup picante sauce, and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture onto each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down on lightly greased baking dish.
Stir 3/4 lb of cheese and milk in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Pour remaining picante sauce over tortillas and serve.
