MUSHROOM CASSEROLE

2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup boiling water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2-3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg stuffing mix

Grease oblong baking dish and add mushrooms. In a saucepan, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Make a past of flour and a small amount of water; add slowly to bouillon.

Blend in cheese, cream and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over mushrooms. Mix melted butter in stuffing mix; spread over mushrooms. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove foil; cook 10 minutes more too brown slightly.
