MARVELOUS MUSHROOMS

2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup pre-diced red onions
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 (8 oz) pkg whole baby portabella mushrooms
1/4 cup Marsala cooking wine
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Preheat large saute on medium-high 2 to 3 minutes. Add butter and onions to pan. Crush garlic, using garlic press, into pan. Cook 1–2 minutes until browned. Stir in mushrooms, wine, and seasoned salt. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Serves 4
