COOL FRUIT SALAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 cups fresh peach slices, blueberries, sliced strawberries, green grapes
2 tbsp chopped nuts

Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing until well blended. Beat whipped cream until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Chill.

Layer fruit in a 2 1/2 quart glass bowl. Spoon cream cheese mixture over fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
