BUFFALO WING BURGERS

1 lb lean ground beef
Sandwich buns
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Lettuce
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
Sliced tomato
2-3 tsp hot pepper sauce
Ketchup

Mix together beef, cheese, celery and hot pepper sauce. Form into 4 patties. Grill to desired doneness. Serve in buns with lettuce, tomatoes and ketchup.
