5 cups mixed greens
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 1/4 cups raspberries
2 tbsp almonds, toasted and chopped
1 tbsp blue cheese
1/3 cups raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
Top mixed greens with fruit, almonds and cheese. Drizzle vinegar and oil. Top with ground pepper. Serves 5
