BOTTOMS UP CAKE

1 can chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 pkg devils food cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch baking pan. Spread frosting into bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle with nuts. In a large bowl, blend remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour batter over frosting in pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately invert pan onto serving plate. Serve warm or cool.
