GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES

6 large potatoes, about 3 lbs
1/4 cup flour and grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup butter, melted

Peel and cut potatoes into wedges or quarters. Combine next 4 ingredients in a plastic bag. Moisten potatoes and shake a few at a time in the bag, coating well with water. Pour melted butter in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place potatoes in a single layer. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, turning once during baking time.
