Grilled - GARLIC BAKED POTATOES

6 large baking potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 cloves garlic, halved

Preheat grill to medium heat. Using an apple corer, carefully remove a plug from each, making sure not to go all the way through the potato. Reserve plugs.

Combine oil and seasonings. Fill hole in each potato with 2 cloves garlic and oil mixture. Cut off 2/3rds of each plug and discard. Place remaining plug in potatoes and wrap in foil. Cut potatoes on barbecue until tender.
