Bars
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flaked coconut, toasted

Frosting
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3-4 tbsp whipping cream or milk
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. In a large bowl, combine bard ingredients except coconut; mix well. Stir in coconut. Spread in prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

In a small saucepan, melt chips with whipping cream, stirring, constantly. Stir in confectioners sugar, butter and vanilla; mix well. Spread over bars. Refrigerate 30 minutes; cut into bars.
