JALAPENO NACHO BITES

1/2 cup flour
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
1/4 cup salsa
2-oz Jack Cheese
1 cup finely chopped tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients and form into small balls. Deep fry for 3-3-1/2 minutes Processing the chips will make them nice and fine (perfect for rolling). Chilling them for a little while will allow the flavors to develop.
