NICE AND EASY CAKE

In a large bowl, beat:
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
Pinch Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped pecans, optional
1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Leave in pan and ice while hot with the following icing that is creamed together:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
